I came across a highly beneficial and superbly academic research site based with the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia pertaining to jurisprudence.

I wanted to link this pdf file here as a nice educating read and as well as an argument to todays riff raff who argue at (what they view) is the "barbarity" of our hudood. If one reviews topic six on page 21, the shaykh utterly blast the kuffaric doubts against Islam's recommendation on qisaas

do you remember a few months back when there was muck going around that the fatawa sites are going to be shut down. well, this is one of the sites that were shut down by the kingdom of saudi arabia. However, I myself saved the entire website and I have downloaded every single pdf work they did and every single pdf biography that they have before this even took place. It is due to this that i started this Juristic Studies Project � al-Mustaqeem Publications
and the salvage project.

My plan is to republish these under my site and myfiks.org.

However, I did not want to publish anything except that I can lay claim to the fact that I read it. That is why I have been kinda slow in actually posting these works because I wanted to read them for myself before actually posting them as I am the owner of the site. I have to maintain a certain level of meticulousness if you know what I mean. Or at least I try to do my best with what I can and with whatever sources of have, and with whatever time i have.

So the links are not working which is unfortunate, but on the bright side, i have saved everything on their website, including some stuff that were not on pdf, I saved them as html files so I can have the material and how it looked like on the site
