I think the BEST IDEA is:

TO MAKE BOOK APPS! Books which people can read anywhere on their connivence. Books for MUSLIMS and NON MUSLIMS alike.


There are a number of anti islamic books available on app store already.

I think it would be relatively easier to make a book for iPhone than any other software..

what do you think?

Dear Brothers & Sisters,
As Salam Alikum.

I agree with the idea of having a money/asset management application, including the Zakah details for each kind of asset like the houses, cars, gold, cash, childern, etc. according to shariah.

I believe that there are muslims who are not aware about zakah and how to manage their assets or money. This could prove to benefit the muslim community all over the world.

This is my first time to give a suggestion from the date i have signed up in this forum. So please don't mind if I have mistaken anywhere..

We are thinking of spending sometime to develop software/applications/tools, which can help people. Obviously, our first aim is to target Muslim community - the tools we develop maybe free or for small price. One of the main reasons for this is that we do not have any source of income for website. The ideas we got so far:

1 - A complete website package: Blog, Content Management System, Forum. This requires a large team so it is not happening anytime soon.

2 - Shamela for Mac - if you don't know about this don't worry.

3 - Household's monthly/weekly budget/money management - an iphone application, this was my brother's idea :)

4 - Islamic Gems: Little quotes, stories, verses...a library of them.This is an iphone application and it was bro Raied's idea
