Bro Assad, you said that itune will do the upgrading freely, could you tell me how? I am having the iPod touch not nano one, and it's not jailbroken. Also, is the way of the free upgrading legal or not?

I did not know that Apple is charging for ipod OS upgrade - Apple is known as money hungry corporation so no surprise there. I thought it would be same as iphone - iphone gets free OS upgrades or maybe only within the same series i.e., 3.X. Allahu A'lam

sorry, I haven't looked much into these devices so that is why I am clueless
