sister, the project is on hold and I had a talk with Shaykh about few weeks ago and he said that he'll get back to me. I haven't heard from him yet and I know he's very busy. My exams are coming up (starting next week); so insha'Allah after the exams I'll try to get hold of him again. We originally decided to use English text available on USC website and just fix up the errors but then we decided to start from scratch. I don't know Arabic myself so the whole project is dependent upon Shaykh's schedule. Or the alternate solution is to form our own team but I don't know who'll be willing to help. For now, we'll just have to wait.

akh, why dont u just paste the translation from here:

and then paste the arabic from an arabic hadith site? wouldn't it be quicker and easier that way? and it could be done by many people as a team to make it quicker.

^akhee, i think you didn't read the thread at Multaqa where this project was initiated. We already have uploaded the Arabic. As far English, it was brought into attention that the translation at USC website has many errors. So, it was decided that let's translate from scratch or more like fix up those errors as we go along. Shyakh Hiatham was the only person who was working with me but then he got busy; so, since then this project has been shut. I have reminded him couple of times but I don't think we'll hear from him any time soon.

We can form a team and go ahead with the project: upload English translation from USC website but we would need people who have solid Arabic & English so that they can help fixing up those errors. I'll have a talk with Shaykh after my exams and let me know if you two are willing to help with forming a team
