I actually had a question wondering if you could answer it. Do you know VMware? Its a software which i can use to install another OS by making a virtual machine. I had some questions regarding how configure the virtual machine. Lemme know if you know what i am talking aboiut.

I haven't messed around with virtual machines. I did tinker a bit with an emulator on linux to run window-programs on, but wasn't really worth the hassle. ISo, you want to run linux in a virtual machine, right? Why not just try the life-cd? Burn an installation cd, and boot from it. You can run and test ubuntu like that to try it out without having to delete/change anything to your old OS.

The question is that, I made a new virtual machine. So when i use VMware to do that it asks me how much ram, HD, Processor, do u want to give to the new machine. Which CD drive and so on. So when i made this virtual machine i only gave it 1 processor, about 15 gb, and 512 ram of the 6gb. I wanted to know if these configurations seem fine. I dont want my processor acting up later. You get what i am saying akhi?

Yasir Qadhi which said that the reason PC i.e. Windows crash is because of the 3rd party application but Mac crashes due to poor OS programming. How far is this true?
