In contrast, the classical economics as a discipline is well developed and Sophisticated after going through a lengthy and rigorous process of development for over a century.

| Re: Islamic Economics: What it is and how it developed Hey keily Islamic economic system has been active in Muslim lands for 14 centuries. Only in recent century we saw the downside or dogy side of it. Much of it is fault of Muslims and rest is due to external pressure and economic changes within last century (i.e., rise of paper money).
