Default The Normal rules of the World can change through Du'a & Good deeds

:

Allah allows the world to run under its general laws which He has created for it, except through divine intervention when He wills it [i.e. dua of a slave, obedience, or even sin.]

This can apply to evolution of species - since patterns in Allah's creation i.e. survival of fittest etc. may be the general rule, yet Allah can change that general rule whenever He wills. i.e. He created Adam.

Also dua or sins - can change destiny. So a disabled persons dua can come true to them wanting i.e. someone to marry - the general worldly rule was broken [of healthy people only inclining to get married to each other]. So instead, this disabled person got married to someone they like, although they're disabled. All because of a dua.

One of the best examples is of how Muslims who might just be a few hundreds fight against thousands who are more heavily and better equipped than them. The only reason they survive is because of their good deeds, and du'as to Allah. Otherwise they would have been destroyed through the natural patterns in Allah's creation.
