| :This is a true story. "Adnan" was a married man who was bored of his marriage life. So he used to talk to other women on the internet, pretending that he's not married. He probably had alot of arguments with his wife at home and wanted some enjoyment to keep himself happy. One day he started talking to a woman called "Jamlah" on MSN, she was never married and was close to finishing her degree. They would talk to each other alot, and it seems the wife was slightly suspicious on her husband... So Adnan spoke to Jamlah for a long time, until one day they decided they would meet up with each other, at the bus stop. When he reached there, he saw his wife there, dolled up. She was waiting for someone. "Talaq, Talaq, Talaq!!" He shouted, in anger. He then left. Think about it, they had the potential to change for each other, but they never showed that they could. And that's why they're marriage didn't work. [An extract from Hesham al-Awadi's talk on the tafsir of Surah Yusuf. (cd2, 39mins)]
