i posted a refutation that i wrote up sort of in regards to women in Islam but it doesn't seem to be there? did it get deleted :(

sister, we don't delete any refutation threads unless it is completely off the hook. Your thread could have been moved to a different section. I don't think I have ever deleted your refutation post and I am only one who does that 99% of time. I will try to add a feature that if your post is edited or moved or deleted etc., then you get an automatic notification (PM).

There are number of ways you can check your previous threads:

1 - Go to User CP and there you will find two tables: your last 5 posts & threads.

2 - Go to your profile, then click on "Statistics" tab and then click on "find all threads started by ...".

3 - Use search feature and put the words you are looking for in quotes

You can search for posts in similar manner.
