I apologize in advance if i address your wrongly since i don't know whether you are a brother or sister, anyway. yes, we did change the forum's look recently, quite a few changes were made and it was required to improve the community.
In terms of actual look, the old one is still there, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll find a drop down option of choosing which skin do you want keep. You can change back to the green one from there. The reason why we have the new default one is because the green skin takes a while to load and it would be a problem for people who do not have fast Internet connection.
