Where is my staff? It's about time we organize a proper team and continue with our next phase of project: 1) compile best responses and add them on home page, and add short and simple version on iDawah 2) mass advertisement. We got to get moving; with our current pace, we're not going to get anywhere.

We need to request brothers like bassam to be more active and join in or at least help us out. akhee boriqee, did you get any response from brothers you told me about?

Once most of the staff members have posted here to show they're present, I'll list what I've in mind.

here is my proposal for advertising and rest will be posted by brother Qatada

1 - Use the invitation system to invite your friends to visit website frequently if not join, etc. Explain to them how this website is unique in its nature

2 - Use the "email" or "print" article features to share articles posted on home page

3 - When sharing articles on other Islamic websites, if that article is found on Islamic-Life, then post the link to it or copy it from our website and give reference. Please do this even if you can find same article on other Islamic website(s).

4 - Add link to website in your email signatures, forum signatures, etc.

5 - Add link to website in your blog (if you have any) and ask your friends to do the same thing. Hence, it will build a chain...

6 - Asking Muslim webmasters to add link to our website, specially websites related to da'wah

7 - Youtube promo

8 - Offline advertisement; we need to come up with a plan to do offline advertisement, i.e, Muslim community, masajid, Islamic events, etc.

Please add if you've more ideas and please also share ideas to create more uniqueness of our website. Like I've mentioned before, Islamic-Life is nothing more than you (plural) and me; it doesn't belong to any single person or staff. And always remember to check your intention, it must be only to please Allah Ta'ala. Honestly, we can't accomplish this whole project till we have more committed people. So, those who would like to help, please post and don't be embarrassed of how less you can do. You'll be part of this even if you just email one of your friends or family members.

well, I spoke with Abu Najm

he is busy. However, his main fortay is "translations".

part of this polemic is about having acces to hisotrical works that are not in the english language. When it is translated, it helps us and crushes the kaafir. so part of this polemic needs trnaslations. he said he will try to help out with that. I myself take much more time trying to translate things. Bassam is of course awesome, but he is busy. We also need to correlate with Bassam
