Yeh, youtube vids are good too. But they should be direct to the topic and clear in answering the doubt. We want the best of the best.

I got another word, "Daraba" (to strike). Thats in the D section. Insha Allah we can respond to the 'wife beating verse' on this word.

brother, Dont you think that using both arabic and English alphabetic will be confusing?

I mean using the word Daraba under the the section D..... very few know the meaning of that word....so very few will click on the word itself

For example for Arabic words like Hijab under the section H will be well known since most of people know what is hijab even when it is an Arabic word

^sister, insha'Allah, don't worry about this; it is just matter of handling this at back-end. this is my job to make sure that when we add this on website, content related to different words is to be allowed to appear under different words. For example, we can have the same content appear under "wife beating" and "daraba".

I purposelly said the word 'daraba' because muslims will be using the database, so we want to use their mentality and provide information as to what they need.

So words like Hijab, daraba, etc. will be in the list too. Maybe with a definition in brackets for those who don't know. But yeah, like salman said - they will be inter-related, i.e. wife beating will be in the W section, and Daraba in the D. Then they can connect to each other, i.e. we can say 'also refer to Wife beating' at the end of the Daraba article.

Bro salman, theres 3 choices to search the database i think:

1) a search button which you make, to browse any keywords on the whole database.

2) a google search feature on the database.

3) ALL the content is on the same page, so people can press ctrl and F to find the word they're looking for.

But for all of the categories i want hyperlinks to each letter category and to each subject too.

akhee, I'll take the first two. I'm thinking of having a search cloud kind of thing and we can have the option to choose which tags/keywords we want to be appeared in that list.
