When you give a translation of the meaning of Qur'an to other people in the masses, you can't really afford to give them the whole Qur'an when you don't know how they'll respond to your call. Some might get it from you, but they might not read it..


So what's the solution?

Give 30th juz (/para) only at beginning to those who dont know about islam - especially to those who you're unsure of whether they'll respond at all or not, or if mass distributing.

They are makkan surahs so good for dawah too (they cover the main points of islamic beliefs, have less controversial issues ie of any potential misconceptions and they short surahs too, so an easy read).

More cost efficient and you can give more to more people. If anyones interested they will contact you insha Alah if you give them email /website or contact details along with them on a paper, and u can give them full copy or the relevant things they require after this if they decide to contact you.
