Default I have committed a lot of sins, but here is how I will make it up

Wrong ways of thinking: "Okay, I have committed a lot of sins, but here is how I will make it up to God."

Ray Pritchard, in his book, An Anchor for the Soul, tells a humorous story which depicts our situation before God.

Picture a rich, well-dressed man coming up to Saint Peter at the entrance gate to Heaven. He rings the bell and Peter says, "Yes. Can I help you?"

The man says, "I would like entrance into Heaven."

Peter said, "Excellent, we always want more people in Heaven. All you need to enter is to earn 1,000 points."

The man says, "That shouldn't be any problem. I've been a good person all my life. I've been involved in civic things; always given money to charitable causes, and for 25 years I was chairman of the YMCA."

Peter writes it all down and says, "That's a marvelous record. Let me see, that will be one point."

With a look of fear on his face, the man says, "Wait a minute! There's more. I was married to my wife for 45 years and I was always faithful. We had five childrenâ€"three boys and two girls. I always loved them and I made sure they got a good education. I took care of them and they all turned out all right. I was a very good family man."

Saint Peter says, "I am very impressed with your life. We don't get many people like you up here. That will be another point."

The man is really sweating now and starts to shake with fear. He says, "Peter, you don't seem to understand. I was a member in my church. I went every Sunday. Further, I gave money every time they passed the plate. I was a deacon, sang in the choir, and I even taught Sunday School class."

Saint Peter said, "Your record is certainly admirable. That'll be another point. Now let me add this up: That's one, two, three points. I believe we only need 997 more."

Astonished and trembling, the man falls to his knees and in desperation says, "But for the grace of God, nobody could get in there!!"

Peter looks at him, smiles and says, "Congratulations! The grace of God is worth 1,000 points."

"It is not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy Christ saved us" (Titus 3:5). "By the works of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight" (Romans 3:20).

The only way your sins will be forgiven is that you should become a Muslim and All will expiate all your previous sins.

Repent and Allah will Forgive U.

You have misread the Bible again. The Bible teaches once-saved-always-saved. It is impossible for a Christian to lose their faith to become a Muslim.

Though you could lose your Muslim faith, Christians can't lose our faith, because we have eternal life which can never be lost.

Because you are a sinner, you can't save yourself. That's why you need God's sacrifice on the cross pay the penalty for your sins which only God can do.

A Muslim is always a Muslim who have eternal faith in God and hence God forgives our sins. A Muslim who leaves Islam has never been a Muslim because Muslim is the one who submits himself to the will of God and is on the nature's faith i.e. to believe in One Eternal God. A Muslim is always a Muslim.

While there are tonnes of born again christians who have embraced Islam and saved themselves against the Warth of God.

But according to the Bible it says the Christian, by definition, is once-saved-always-saved, so no Christian would ever come to Islam. It is impossible, but Islam teaches that if any Muslim leaves the faith they are no longer Muslim.

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand" (Matt. 10.27-29).

Seems pretty clear as we look to the definition of a Christian.

"For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable" (Rom. 11.29).

I know there has been cases where the Muslim who became Christian was put to death. In fact, I just met someone two days ago that said to me his mother was a Muslim and she then became a Christian in Saudi Arabia. But she spoke against the faith of Muslims and was almost put to death. Luckily she escaped to Canada.

Christians don't do this to Muslims. We treat others as we would like to be treated.

According to Muslims a Muslim is always Muslim and If he leaves islam then faith had never entered him . Just like a fish which is a muslim cant stay on land but only in water , If you see a fish living on dry than its not at all a fish but a land-inhabiting creature.

Your bibilcal verses doesnt prove that there is any such thing as born again christians , it only shows when jesus was talking to pharsies.

There are thosands of born again christians who are becoming Muslims . You quoted your imaginary friends story from saudi arabia without a shred of evidence ( typical born again christian ). Lets not forget that your biblical god has murdered those who left their faith.

now, your're simply contradicting yourself. This is what you said the other day:

So does a former Christians remain Christian or was he never a Christian to begin with? Well, I can't really blame you for contradicting yourself since your Bible has tons of contradictions and so is your trinitarian belief.

this is because we don't believe in nonsense like you guys.

Just to expose this guy's ignorance further; we believe that everyone is born Muslim but the child's parents or other factors make him/her embrace some other faith i.e. Christianity. If someone choose to leave Islam then obviously he/she is not a Muslim anymore; however we don't believe in nonsense like a person was never Muslim in his whole life even though he/she was born as Muslim and grew up as a Muslim or he is always a Muslim.

Narrated Abu- Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "No child is born except on Al-Fitra (Islam) and then his parents make him Jewish, Christian or Magian, as an animal produces a perfect young animal: do you see any part of its body amputated?" Then he recited 'The religion of pure Islamic Faith (Hanifa),(i.e. to worship none but Allah), The pure Allah's Islamic nature with which He (Allah) has created mankind. Let There be no change in Allah's religion (i.e. to join none in Allah's worship). That is the straight religion; but most of men know not..." (30.30) [Sahih Bukhari 6:60:298]

Was Jesus (peace be upon him) born as Christian and remained Christian for his whole life? Will he be Christian in his 2nd coming?

Do you have any verses where a Muslim can no longer be a non-Muslim like the Bible teaches that once a person is a Christian they can no longer be a non-Christian?

How do I prove to you I am born-again? By the words of Jesus Christ,

Jhn 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Jhn 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

The problem is people don't trust in His Word. By the way, I have also had a Third Heaven experience which is most precious. This is a most gracious gift of God which keeps me particularly strong in the faith as a memory or recollection of heaven itself.

It is through Jesus that one becomes a Christian. Jesus is God. The only way to the Father is through the Son; there is no other name by which one can be saved than Christ Jesus.

***

Neither you have any prove for this. born again christian is never used by Jesus ever during his lifetime lol. Islam is the religion inherent in our nature so we dont need to see it in a verse to believe it.

Your verses doesnt prove that a christian born again who turns to other religion has never been a christian. Myth is what you smoke.
