Did he really claim to be a Prophet? what did Maulana Sattar Niazi and dozens of scholars say in writing about Yusuf? what is the sessions court judgment on his conviction ? is he sentenced to death on claim of prophet hood or something else? who were the witnesses whose evidence was used? Were sharia and sunnah requirements were fulfilled in the sessions court ? Why no religious scholar appeared in the court to testify against him? What was the judgment of council of Islamic ideology after this case verdict? why no media group projected the case except Khabrain and Takbeer ? In fact, Nawai Waqt and nation defended Yusuf by publishing statements of top scholars defending yusuf ????? Was that a case of blasphemy or money disputes and sectarian warfare??? You MUST find this out. These are serious sharia and religious issues."

And as a matter of face, this is true that nowhere it is clearly proved that yousuf kazzab clamied to be a prophet. But still zaid hamid is calling him an idiot. and he actually is pissed of these accusations.

That was exactly My insight. When I first inquired about this subject whcih was a couple of post above, I stated that I read a brief summary of the trial, and there was absolutely no real claim that he claimed prophethood, the testimonies were not up to shariah level, no actual alim reviewed his aqeedah, and other aspects. The reason why he was named Kadhaab is because the Judge who sentenced him called him Kadhaab and that is how the name got penned to him.

Yes. Zaid hamid asked me the same question. He is accepting and calling him an idiot, but with this, the accusation that was put on yousuf, was based on falsehood. Literally, i never known of this person, because no where he was being discussed by our aalims or scholars or anywhere on media, it means there was something fishy about his case. But anyways, for me, the chapter is closed.

Furthermore, i have been promised by Ms Maryam (somehow related to zaid bhai, his wife or daughter or office worker or whoever she is i dont know)..... that she will provide me the full on response against the claims.

Update: Some videos were leaked on youtube in which Zaid Hamid claimed he was in danger from some Mullanas who he says were Deobandis. In the video Zaid Hamid also threatened to have them killed before they killed him. Now slowly those videos are dissapearing. Why? Zaid Hamid has just been arrested and booked for the assasinaton of the same Mufti he threatned to eliminate.

Mufti Saeed Jalalpuri of Aalmi Majlis-i-Tahaffuz-i-Khatm-i-Nabuat, his son Huzaifa Jalalpuri and close associates Fakhruz Zaman and Abdul Rehman were returning from Jamia Masjid Khatman-un-Nabi in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Thursday night when four to five gunmen sprayed their car with bullets, killing all of them.
SSP Javed Mahar of Gulsha-i-Iqbal Town said the FIR had been registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder), 324 (attempt to murder), 109 (punishment of abetment if the act abetted committed in consequence and where no express provision is made for its punishment) and 34 (common intention) against Zaid Hamid (Zaid Zaman Hamid) on the complaint of Mufti Jalapuri’s close aide Hafiz Shabbir.
He said that although the text of the FIR did not mention the profession of the accused, the investigators were told by the complainant that they had nominated Zaid Hamid who appeared in TV shows and delivered lectures mainly on security and defence issues.
Anwaar Ahmed, another aide of Mufti Jalalpuri, told Dawn that the scholar used to actively expose Zaid Hamid who, he alleged, was a close associate of ‘a person who had laid claim to prophethood’.
Anwaar Ahmed said: “In late 1990s a man named Yusuf Kazzab emerged and claimed prophethood, who was aided and assisted by Zaid Hamid. At that time he was known as Zaid Zaman Hamid but currently he has cut his name short to Zaid Hamid”.
He said he had insisted that both names be mentioned in the FIR, because his organisation suspected his role in the killing of Mufti Jalalpuri.

Now either this Zaid Hamid character is incredibly, incredibly stupid and careless or he is playing a deliberate game of distraction by using this rivalry with some clerics to distract people from the other frauds he is committing as well as the conspiracies against Pakistan that he refuses to even discuss.
