Other religions have liturgical languages, this is not a Muslim innovation. The Parsi/Zoroastrians have preserved a "sacred text" that pre-dates even Judaism. But all that is neither here nor there with regards to Islam's insistence on doing everything in Arabic.

Does it matter to you why God communicated in a particular language? Would you have believed in Him if he sent the Message in Urdu or Pashto ? Then you would have created another language and would have demanded that the Message should be in that language.

talk about Zoroastrian scriptures ? The Dast and Zend ? The languages are dead and they are still read in its language even today by "some" existing magians .

We have preserved our scriptures in its original language and recite and and read it in its original language and yes shahada is in arabic and so its the Azan ... so ? That is a sign of Gods wisdom that he created unity through a language.

A muslim everywhere in China , Europe , America, America , Pakistan , India , Russia , Switzerland all speak the same language .

why does it have to be in other langauges? The meaning/translation of the origianl words will be different in different lanaguges, so how does it really remain the same?
