|  Science can now explain what people (mistakenly) thought were jinn in the past  :Some materialists say this. A simple refutation to this is to first agree, that there are some illnesses which science has been able to answer - i.e. that some illnesses may just be psychological, which people used to perceive as being jinns taking over human bodys. However, there can be supernatural events which are unexplainable, which we might not even be able to understand using science in the future - and it is these acts or moments which are performed by jinn. Since Islam is the middle way, it keeps an open mind to both views. Allahu a'lam. |
