I have asked akhee boriqee and akhee gaber to review the work and once they are done we will add the author's biography along with small preface/muqadimah explaining why we translated this work and importance of this work.

Here is the summarized version of author's biography, translated by sister Amat Allah I believe:

Shaikh and Dr. Abdullah Qadiree Al Ahdal

Biography:

-He born in Abs , an area in the north-west of Yemen , in the year 1356 of Al Hijrah…

-Learnt the Qur`aan and writing on the hand of the local teachers in the school and he was the best one in reciting the Qur`aan…

-He desired to seek the knowledge for the sake of Allah so, he travelled to Samitah , an area in KSA where he studied in the salafi school which got published by the Shaikh Abdullah Bin Muhammad Al Qar`aawee…

-He became the student of the Shaikh Abdulazeez Bin Abdullah Bin Baaz in Al Masjid Annabawee, he studied Fath Al Baari, Saheeh Muslim and its explaining by Annawawee , Tafseer Ibn Katheer, Fath Al Majeed and others and the Shaikh Ibn Bin Baaz had granted him a certificate for that and he has it now…

-After graduated from the high school , he joined the Islamic University in Al Madeenah Al Munawarah in 1382 of Al Hijrah and he graduated from the Faculty of Shari`aa in 1385 of Al Hijrah …

-His teacher the Shaikh Abdulazeez Bin Abdullah Bin Baaz assigned to him the social supervision at the University, in addition to the teaching, and he continued in this work about ten years, and he is who established the Supervision Department later…

-He taught the Aqeedah in the College of the Holy Qur`aan when it was established in the Year 1395 of Al Hijrah…

-And in the year 1396 of Al Hijrah he got assigned for the deanship of the Arabic language Faculty then became the Dean of the Faculty of Arabic Language , he worked there for 7 years the he Submitted his resignation to devote himself to teaching and research.

-He Received the master's degree from the Faculty of the Shari`aa and law in 1394 of Al Hijrah then the doctorate in 1402 of Al Hijrah from the Faculty of Shari`aa in the Islamic University of Al Imam Muhammad Bin Su`ood in Riyad.

-And from his teachers in the University:

• Shaikh Muhammad Ameen Ashanqeeti
• Shaikh Muhammad Nasir Addeen Al Albaani

-He may Allah preserve him Ameen, wrote many books some of them had been published and others not, from them:

• Al Jihaad fee Sabeelillah

• Ash`shoorah

• Al Hudood wa Assultaan

• Tallurrabwah

• Al Mas`ooliyah filislaam

• Arriddah An Al Islaam wa khatarahaa ala Al Aa`lam Al Islaami

• Assibaaqu ilaal`oqool

^no, it is not ready. Brother gaber promised that he would look after it but then he was busy with his wedding and after that he hasn't got back to me since January. I will have to make a request to someone else or maybe akh boriqee can do it if he has time.

For now, just stick to the first draft insha'Allah
