for the footnotes will only take the numbers of the Ahadeeth the names of the sources and the important things because the other things and info are not important nor necessary and translating them will waste time for nothing...in shaa Allah.

and will write them with the text not as footnotes, In this way it will be more organized and easier for readers ...in shaa Allah.

I don't mean to tip over your boat, but in the event we had a team in place or even a person to undertake it, we are talking about a 300 page work written in a style of arabic (arabic is by its nature structured so eloquently that it has to be explained rather than translated) that transcends intermediate level arabic. It was written in advanced language with extreme technical terminology written for people within the field where academics in the field of shariah can be able to arrive at the most accurate meaning of what is stated in his book. This style of high level arabic is something expected from the likes of Ibn Taymiyyah, but nevertheless the translation of it will take quite a looong time to complete. I would say it would take a person working a 7 or 8 hour shift a good several months to complete given that it would also have to be revised by other colleges to correct any mistakes to ensure a more accurate rendition of the work in English.

The problem is we don't have a full time person working on it, thus the time would be even longer.

Well, this is a Ebook I had found Online, in the Ebook it says "This book is a translation of a section from the chapter entitled “Jihaad al-Kuffaar: Al-Qitaal al-Faasil” from the book entitled “As-siyaasah as-shar’iyyah fee islaah arraa’ee
wal ra’iyyah14” by Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah."

So its just the Translation of few pages, also I am a bit Dubious about the ones who translated it.Nonetheless I hope it will help some one.
