Default tajweed question

Selam aleykum
I have a tajweed related question. In the last verse of Surah al 'asr; in many recitations you hear that they repeat "wa tawasaw" like this:
'Illā Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Wa Tawāşaw, (short pause) Wa Tawāşaw Bil-Ĥaqqi Wa Tawāşaw Biş-Şabri
Now I know that there are different rules in the different schools (like hafz and warsh and so on) but I was just curious: why is this repeated? If I understand the translation correctly the word has no meaning in the first part of the verse but only in the second. So its not like for example the case in:
Dhālika Al-Kitābu Lā Rayba " Fīhi " Hudáan Lilmuttaqīn
where the middle word has a meaning for both parts of the sentence.
So why is the word repeated then in some recitations?

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem,

as-Salaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullah

If you possible could you mention the riwayaa and qiraah (hafs an asim or etc)

Or could you provide the audio/youtube examples?

Selam aleykum,
I don't know which qiraat that is, I don't think it is hafz (because I haven't seen anything like that) but then again my lessons were very basic.
Here's an example:

Akhi Abdul-Fattah, i have take a look in my tajweed books (warsh & Hafs) and could not find any break at this place. Ahmad al-`Ajmi doesn´t care about Ahkaamu t-Tajweed at all in this tape and thatswhy it is not one of the Qiraa´at from the famous ten wich are known.

wa Allahu a`lam.

Can you explain the part where you say he doesn't care at all for ahkaamu tajweed in this type and thats why its not from the ten Qira'ah.

BarakAllahu feek brother Al Habeshi, due to my poor English I think have written something that can be misunderstood. With “he doesn´t care about Ahkaamu t-Tajweed at all…” I mean this regarding the break and not the whole recitation of this Surah. Sorry for that...

Idris, do you know that this is not part of any qirat, or just not part of hafz and warsh? If the latter, then since there are other qiraats besides those two, shouldn't we give the recitor the benefit of the doubt?
