> Help Request for Arabic Text for Ahaadith on Martial Rape

my dear brothers and sisters. i have translate (in german) this article Marital Rape

walhamdulillah. But now i need the original texts in arabic of the ahaadeeth which are in the text. so i have think maybe anyone can help me to find them.... :

1. “If a man calls his wife to bed and she refuses, and then he sleeps angry, the angels shall curse her until he awakens.”(Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol.4 Hadith No.460 & Sahih Muslim Vol.2 Hadith No.3368)

2. There shall be no infliction of harm on oneself or others". (Related by Al-Daraqutni, Ibn Majah and Ahmad)

3. Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: "He who believes in Allah and the Hereafter, if he witnesses any matter he should talk in good terms about it or keep quiet. Act kindly towards woman, for woman is created from a rib, and the most crooked part of the rib is its top. If you attempt to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it, its crookedness will remain there. So act kindly towards women. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Book 008, Number 3468)"

4. Narrated Abu Huraira: "A man said to the Prophet , 'Advise me! 'The Prophet said, 'Do not become angry and furious.' The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, 'Do not become angry and furious.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab), Volume 8, Book 73, Number 137)"

5. Narrated Abu Huraira: "Allah's Apostle said, 'The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger. (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab), Volume 8, Book 73, Number 135)"

6. the prophet a.s.s said: None of you should fall upon his wife like an animal; but let there first be a messenger between you.” The Companions exclaimed, “What is that messenger?” The Prophet replied, “Kisses and (romantic) words!” (Reported by Al-Daylami)

7. Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (Allah have mercy on him) reports in his famous “Tibb al-Nabawi” that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) forbade from engaging in sexual intercourse before foreplay. (See: al-Tibb al-Nabawi, 183, from Jabir ibn Abd Allah)

8. the prophet said to abdullah ibn amr: "Your body has a right over you, your eyes have a right over you and your wife has a right over you." (Bukhari, Vol.7, No. 127)

9. the best among Muslims are those who are best towards their wives (Riyadh-us-Salaheen, No. 278)

“This world is just temporary conveniences, and the best comfort in this world is a righteous woman.” (Sahih Muslim 10/56, Kitab al-rida', bab istihbab nikah al-bikr.)

The Prophet said: ”My Lord, I place particular importance on the rights of the two weak groups: orphans and women” (Narrated by Al-Nasa’i following Abu Shourayh)


12. Abu Shurayh Khuwaylid ibn 'Amr al-Khuza'i said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'O Allah! I consider it a wrong action that the rights of two weak ones be violated: orphans and women." [an-Nasa'i]

Narrated Jarir bin 'Abdullah: "Allah's Apostle said, 'Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, ONENESS, UNIQUENESS OF ALLAH (TAWHEED), Volume 9, Book 93, Number 473)"


14. Ibn Abidin (Allah have mercy on him) says,

“Among the rulings of marriage is that each spouse is allowed to derive sexual pleasure from the other.” [ Radd al-Muhtar, 3.4]

“The most perfect of believers are those most perfect of character; and the best of you are the best of you to your spouses.” [Tirmidhi, Ibn Hibban]

“The best of you are the best to their wives, and I am the best of you with my wives.” [Ibn Hibban]

It was related on the authority of Abu Sa'id Sa'd bin Malik bin Sinan al-Khudri, radiyallahu 'anhu, that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

لا ضرر ولا ضر

"There is to be no harming, nor reciprocating of harm." (Musnad Ahmad, authenticated by Al-Albânî)

"There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."

[A excellent hadith which Ibn Majah, Al-Daraqutni and others related as of sound isnad, but which Malik related in his Muwatta' as of broken isnad, from 'Amr bin Yahya, from his father, from the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, but dropping (the name of) Abu Sa'id. This hadith has lines of transmission which strengthen one another (so that it may be regarded as of sound isnad).]

من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فإذا شهد أمرا فليتكلم بخير أو ليسكت. واستوصوا بالنساء. فإن المرأة خلقت من ضلع. وإن أعوج شيء في الضلع أعلاه. إن ذهبت تقيمه كسرته. وإن تركته لم يزل أعوج. استوصوا بالنساء خيرا

عن أبي سعيد سعد بن سنان الخدري رضي الله عنه : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : ( لا ضرر ولا ضرار ) ، حديث حسن ، رواه ابن ماجة و الدارقطني وغيرهما مسندا .

أن رجلاً قال للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أوصني، قال: (لا تغضب). فردد مراراً، قال: (لا تغضب).

عن أبي هريرة -رضي الله عنه- قال: قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم- ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب .

البخاري : الأدب (6114) , ومسلم : البر والصلة والآداب (2609) , وأحمد (2/268) , ومالك : الجامع (1681).

12 أبي شريح خويلد بن عمرو الخزاعي رضي الله عنه قال قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اللهم إنى أحرج حق الضعيفين اليتيم والمرأة حديث حسن صحيح

رواه النسائى بإسناد جيد ومعنى أحرج ألحق الحرج وهو الإثم بمن ضيع حقهما وأحذر من ذلك تحذيرا بليغا وأزجر عنه زجرا أكيدا.

8 وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما قال : قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : يا عبد الله ألم أخبر أنك تصوم النهار وتقوم الليل فقلت : بلى يا رسول الله ، قال : فلا تفعل صم وأفطر وقم ونم فإن لجسدك عليك حقا وإن لعينك عليك حقا وإن لزوجك عليك حقا وإن لزوْرك عليك حقا وإن بحسبك أن تصوم كل شهر ثلاثة أيام فإن لك بكل حسنة عشر أمثالها فإن ذلك صيام الدهر كله فشدَّدتُ فشدَّد عليَّ قلت يا رسول الله إني أجد قوة قال فصم صيام نبي الله داود عليه السلام ولا تزد عليه قلت وما كان صيام نبي الله داود عليه السلام قال نصف الدهر فكان عبد الله يقول بعد ما كبر يا ليتني قبلت رخصة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم . رواه البخاري ( 1874 ) ومسلم ( 1159 ) . زوْرك : أي ضيفك .

5 عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :ليس الشديد بالصرعة,

إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عن الغضب.

ليس الشديد بالصرعة : أي الذي يصرع الناس كثيرا بقوته.
