| Re: Let's learn language of the Qur'an (Arabic) together Allhamdulillah, we are starting our journey. Spread the words and those who meet the requirement can join us, insha'Allah. Remember that learning a language is one of the easiest things to learn and sabr (patience) is the key to learning. May Allah Ta'ala make it easier for us to learn the language of the Qur'an, ameen Insha'Allah, let us get started right after Eid, which will be Saturday Nov. 28, 2009 since Eid is on Friday Requirements: You are able to read and write Arabic We want to start with basic material before jumping into grammar and complicated stuff. We will be starting with these lessons and following books: 1 - Build Vocabulary 2 - 1000 Words in Arabic For start, I think we should do one lesson per week and one page per day from vocabulary books (in total 7*2 = 14 pages of vocabulary per week). Then we will test ourselves with exercises in the books or come up with our own exercises. If others members, who know the language, can give some tips about how we can go about learning material from these sources, please feel free to share your thoughts. I think we should dedicate this thread to what material we will be covering each week, posting exercises and our answers. For questions & clarification, we should have another thread? What do you think? FAQ Question: How can I type Arabic because I do not have an Arabic keyboard? Answer: It is not hard; you can easily switch keyboards on Windows and Mac operating systems (I don't know about Linux). So for example, if you chose Arabic as your current keyboard on your operating system then you will be able to type Arabic. As an alternative, you can use this website, it allows you type romanized Arabic words (in English) and will convert them automatically to Arabic or you can manually type in the words by clicking on virtual keyboard keys.

I would like to make the exercises and correct them for yah if u don`t mind , just tell me what the page u r studying in shaa Allah... and also I would like to help in teaching and explaining whatever u want and need in shaa Allah.. so , may I help please ?

Zazakom Allah Khair and happy feast Inshaa Allah Note At the beginning learning has some difficulties.Then,Inshaa Allah,it becomes very very easier just when u can recognize the alphapet.
