Those who believe that all Muslims can unite, the people of truth ans falsehood. We believe that Muslims can only unite upon the Qur'aan and the Sunna.

You should ask someone more knowledgeable. What I know, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, is that there is an organization run by Hasan al Bana and they call to Jihad against non-Muslims. I have nothng against this BUT I don't like that they want to mix the people of truth and falsehood. Allah chose a particular people to protect this deenand pass it on to next generations. That is why I stick to them; because of their Islam.

And yea, from what I know, there are rulings when propagating and teaching Islam. If someone questions something they shouldn't, we would not show kindness and the Salaf woulds have rebuked them for asking how does Allah look for example. Athaar forum is the one I find to be strictly upon the Qur'aan and the Sunna; accuracy. They are students of Saudia Arabia and their speech is easy to understand and at the same time very benefitial. The first thing I learned from them was sincerity. :)

Sister, may Allah perserve you, I gave you links to 4 discussions on our forum about these 'salafi' brothers and sisters. I also said that we have discussed them more than enough and there is no benefit in discussing that issue any longer. It is ajeeb because despite of what I gave you and stated already you make such a statement. Please refer to those links if you want to learn about mistakes of these brothers and sisters. But if you have already made up your mind and going to stick to what you already believe despite what we say then there is nothing we can do for you.

It is even more ajeeb because you got furious and made some harsh comments about bro Abdul Fatteh due to him clinging to an odd view but when it comes to you, you are not reflecting upon it.

^tayyib, that is fine insha'Allah. However, on what basis do you say that these brothers are free of errors which we have spoken about and we cannot prove their faults? If it is as your saying, haven't read from both sides, then why are you giving one party benefit of doubt and considering them on haqq and clear of such mistakes but at the same time you don't do that to other party?

These links contain only fatwas by scholars. So how can they have faults in them?

Yes, even these senior scholars are human and they can indeed make errors. They themselves say this. We still don't have all hadeeths, right?

We follow same scholars. What is the difference between us? I take my deen from them because their links provide fatwas and teachings by theses scholars. Stuff they quote is comprihensive for a layperson and it always provides evidence, unlike Islamic qa in some fatwas! I love Ibn Taymeeyah's stuff from Salafi publications. You won't find these articles of theirs anywhere else!

I know you adressed that my Salafi brothers and sisters have mistakes and that is the reason you delete these links. I didn't mean that they can't make errors. Than you might as well bann all links for that reason.


Al Albanee (may Allah be satisfied with him)makes it obligatory to call oneself Salfi, but the ulma says only when necessary. I followes the ulma since I'm obviously not a student or anything, or a knowledgeable layperson.Others who are more knowledgeable can examine the evidence and choose his view. Yes? Because Al Albanee is one of the best scholars.

The only difference between us from what I've observed is that you guys are supporters of the innovators. It is very hard for me to see Muslims sepparated and scholars, who have great lectures I guard in my heard, being labeled all kinds of things. But read my avatar.

Preserving this deen is something you don't act upon your emotions. They are the ones who protest and boycott innovators and they are the ones who are being backbited the most by others.

There is only one Salafiyyah. Either you follow the way of the Salaf or you don't. You have many groups of people who claim to be Salafees. There are Soofees who say they are Salafees, Khawaarij who say they are Salafees, and even many others from amongst deviant groups.

Then you have the hizbees (partisans). These are the ones you are referring to here. This is what Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen spoke about. Not what the posters of that video intended. The ones who posted that video are hizbee's themselves. They use that video against the brothers who call to the way of the Salaf.

Stating that one is Salafee is not affiliation to a group, but rather to a methodology. But you do have people who make it a clique or a group, but this is NOT salafiyyah and this person is a Hizbee.

You can be Salafee and still follow a Fiqh Madhhab. There's nothing wrong with this unless you BLINDLY follow the Madhaahib even in what is wrong. One cannot be Salafee and Ash'aree. Not at all. The Ashaa'irah differ in Asmaa' was Sifaat and other points of belief. So it's not correct to say that they are Salafee. The Salaf as Saalih did not fumble in the way that the Ash'arees have.

The way of the Salaf in believing in the Attributes of Allaah is VERY simple, but the Ash'arees and others complicate it.

We believe in the attributes of Allaah as He says in the Qur'aan and what comes from the Sunnah... AS it has come, without making interpretations, distorting it, likening it to the creation, and denying it.

So we DO NOT ask how. We say Allaah has a Hand as Allaah says in the Qur'aan but do not ask HOW and we do not say Allaah has a Hand like we have Hands, and we do not say that Allaah's Hands mean power etc.

The fumble of the Ashaa'irah and these people is that they automatically think of Allaah in terms of the creation. So when you say Hand, they imagine a Hand like the creation has Hands. They say "Well if you say Hand, then it MUST be like this". This is all evil interpretations and philosophical rhetoric.

The Salaf as Saalih were free from this rubbish. They affirmed the attributes without interpreting, denying, likening to the creation, and asking how.

A few other points of clarification:

- Allaah, subhaanahu wa ta 'alaa, is above His creation, above the seven heavens, above His Throne in a manner that befits His Majesty. He descends to the lowest heaven in a manner befitting His Majesty. This is what is confirmed in the Qur'aan and authentic Sunnah. Where the texts stop, we stop. We don't ask "how". We do not say Allaah is "sitting" on the Throne, as such wording has not come from the texts. Also I'm not aware of any of the scholars of the Sunnah affirming skin for Allaah, azza wa jal.

This points out the urgency of adhering to the Scholars of the Sunnah, the callers to the way of the Salaf-us-Saalih, and staying far away from callers to ignorance, deception, and confusion.

Especially stay away from those who post half-statements, misconstrued sentences, mistranslations, and outright lies against the Salafiyoon.
