Yet, some have guts to argue and look for loop holes in Shar'ah. Not to mention how dangerous that is and how you ruin your shahadat that way.
Muslims were sent to obey the law. The Jews and others were destoyed for not obeying the law.

actually, if you were dealing with khawaarij people, they would have made takfir of you for having a view point other than the rule of Allah because what was given to you by Salman is the ruling by what Allah has revealed and those who opine differently than what Allah has revealed, are kuffar in the general sense.

we have to learn the shariah so we don't make blunders such as these and it is because of jahl murakaba that has destroyed us allowing for the kuffar to dominate us.

@ salamfromrom

i wasn't talking about merely born to muslim parents, I was talking about the one who is already Muslim who took upon himself the covenant of the shahada.

secondly, this was the millah of the anbiyyah from Ibraheem all the way till now. It doesn't morph into something "wrong" only in the 20th century except for those who view that ethics can literally change, and we've dealt with this before

To clarify; The brother gave me the ruling after I asked the question. So Takfir would not have been made on me. And if I was presistant on my view after the corret view has been made clear to me, than the Kawarij would be right.
