They often claim that he (peace be upon him) did everything to gather money and to gain status. So, alhamdulillah, I refuted their false accusations in detail in this article. In this thread, the readers can discuss the article in detail, ask questions for clarifications, help us polishing our arguments or share your arguments which I did not mention, and the non-Muslims can refute my points if they feel like it. Asalamo Alaikum another great articlel. I didnt read it fully. but i can understand where you are going with this . Kamal Makki once came to U of T, to give a very similar talk. Very beneficial. and very informative. Gets rid of all misconception that we as muslims might have!
