> Help need some feedback on non-Muslims going to hell

iam intending on writing an article in refutation to those who say that non-muslims going to hell is a discrimination against them (people are weird, i know) so now, i need: a) some ideas of the points i should raise to refute such claims and b) that the ones i have come up with are legitimate and do have a baseless to them in the sharee3ah (i remember reading on this somewhere in the past, but my memory isn't so tops, so perhaps i have forgotten something).

if you have anything else to add, feel free to post.

here goes:
-some Muslims will go to hell on account of committing the major sins and not repenting from them before death. it is up to Allah to choose whether he will forgive them or not.

^so here, the whole point of Hell is to carry out justice in the same manner a criminal may be put in prison for the crimes he has committed? now surely, you cant say this is unjust.

-if it was a discrimination, then why are Muslims told to treat non-Muslims who dont fight us etc with kindness and justice (Allah does not forbid you to deal kindly and justly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allah loves those who deal with equity. 60:8)


-the good deeds of the non-Muslim aren't gone unnoticed in this life, and hence he is rewarded for them in this life.

-the whole point of our creation is to worship Allah, hence one who dies believing in otherwise, will be punished accordingly.


so yes, this is what i have come up with and would like some feedback and/or your ideas.

sis, this is the basic point;


Allah is the Rabb [Creator, Provider etc], who gave us all that we have. [If they accept in God like this, then the debate after is easy.]

He gave us guidance, and told us to follow it. If we did, He promised he would reward us for that forever in paradise.

If we disobeyed, and rejected His message - we'd be punished for that forever in hell.



So you see that the balance is achieved, by making both parties reside in their final destination [after have being warned already in this life] - forever. So there is a balance, and not any injustice done to either side, because they were warned of the consequences beforehand. If they weren't warned before, then Allah does not punish until He has sent a Messenger (Surah Israa', surah Mulk.)



Point #2: If you have a toy, its yours - you can do what you want with it. Allah can do whatever He wants with us because we are His property. And He chose the above consequences for His slaves.

im just wondering something and need some opinions...maybe you people still see this around but i dont, so i need to know whether to proceed with it.

remember how a while ago all these non-Muslims would come on our forums and attack Islam about how non-muslims going to hell is a discrimination against them?

i want to know, does this issue still need to be addressed/a refutation to be written up or if i do go ahead and finish and post my refutation that im writing, will that cause a fitnah in that the whole matter would be bought up again?

I've been debated in the same subject and I've been clear that it is about choice not about discrimantion for non-Muslims . I said that God gives us two choices follow him=heaven, not follow him= hell . Is there any discrimnation here ? No as it seems all of it about the choice of people on earth and the reward after life afterdeath . And if they ask you how ? give them thsi example (A teacher warned the class that the test is the second week, giving to them too choices, one is fail and the other is succeed and that there will be no cheating as everyone of them will be alone in a class with two people watching him. The students that were prepared succeeded and the students that were not come prepared failed . is this thing a discrimnation from the teacher ? the answer will be No. if they said Yes the questions will be :

1- if there are dumps ? your answer will be the inteligent is 1 % and work hard is 99% , this is a scientific fact. if they ignore this say that this is destiny in he must accept it the way it is , happy or unhappy and the reward is failing on earth but being patient the reward afterdeath is eternity in heaven .

and show them that the system of God is better than the system of this teacher according to the verse : {قال تعالى: {ولله المثل الأعلى

2- if the one who works hard failed ? says that this thing for the teacher's system but for God's systems everyone's works will be rewarded according to the verse :

([وأن ليس للإنسان إلا ما سعى *** وأن سعيه سوف يرى"( [النجم/39 - 40"

what needs to be added? taken away? are all the necessary points addressed and in a suitable manner? is anything there have the potential to be taken the wrong way? what about the grammar?

and does the conclusion make sense? to you, the reader, what is the conclusion meant to be saying?
